Our Story
Founded in 2024, RoamRight started with a simple idea: to create a travel platform that we, as travelers, would want to use. Frustrated by the complexities and impersonal nature of existing booking sites, our founders set out to build a more intuitive, curated, and user-centric alternative. We began by focusing on a handful of destinations, working closely with property owners to ensure quality and authenticity.
Today, RoamRight has grown into a global community of travelers and hosts, but our core values remain the same. We are passionate about travel, committed to our users, and constantly innovating to improve the way people explore the world.

Complaint Areas:
- 59% receiving/charging payment.
- 21% payment system logic.
- 17% property inquiry/update request.
- 2% system issues/bug related.
- 1% property content related.
Resolution in 2023:
- We resolved 100% of the complaints.
- 50% of cases were resolved within 3 days.
- 25% of cases were resolved within 4-7 days.
- 25% of cases required 7 days or more for resolution.
From January 2023 to date, no mediation cases have been filed by any partner in the EEA.
